We are Rockrose photography and we specalise in creative storytelling photography and family portraiture for the wild at heart and lovers of nature. If you like to experience the great outdoors and explore the natural world we would love to come along on your journey and capture those precious moments. Our style is natural, creative, bold and fun without being intrusive. We do weddings, elopements, wild swim photography, family sessions, newborns, engagement shoots, author portraits and commercial photography. We are based on Dartmoor and cover Devon, Cornwall and the rest of the UK.

We LOVE the art of photography and we love to shoot weddings and portrait sessions of all styles and sizes. Big country weddings, family walks, chilled out beach weddings, birthday parties and rustic woodland retreat weddings.

We would like to get to know you both over a cuppa or two before the day and understand what makes you tick as a couple. We want to know what you LOVE, and just as important, what makes you go YUCK! So we can make the day as fun and relaxed as possible.

Thank you so so much for the photos. We are completely blown away by them and how wonderful they are.

For Mike and I, the photos were one of the most important part of the wedding as these are the pictures that capture memories of our most special day. They’ll adorn our walls, our parent’s walls and be the pictures we show future generations with such happiness and joy.
So to us they are priceless. Thank you to you and Cara, they are perfect.
We really appreciate all your hard work on the day and since. Having them exactly one month after the big day was a lovely surprise and we’re now planning evenings to show family before we let them loose on the gallery! We absolutely loved having you both at the wedding.

We couldn't recommend Jules highly enough!

Myself and my new husband (!) are by no means 'naturals' in front of the camera, but Jules' relaxed and down-to-earth approach to photography put us completely at ease. The photos as a result capture the relaxed, laid-back nature of the day, full of fun and laughter.

Jules didn't stop all day, capturing not only the pivotal 'money-shot' moments, but also the small details and unscripted moments.
