How much do we miss big summer wedding celebrations?! This gorgeous Summer wedding at the very grand Bridwell park in Devon had it all and bucket loads of it….Champage…sunshine….mingling and dancing. All the best ingredients for a proper wedding extravaganza with a touch of class. It also helps when you hire out the beautiful Bridwell park which is brimming with aristocratic charm and eccentricities.
It’s Lord Ivar Mountbattens home during the week so has a really lovely personal feel which I think adds something special to the wedding venue. A grand country pile in the serene landscape of Devon.
The grounds are stunning and great for making that grand entrance along the long and sweeping driveway that passes through parkland teeming with deer and the sound of the bag pipes. The bag pipes were courtesy of Paul the Piper, a lovely touch that fitted in with the grooms scottish heritage.
Katie and Frasers wedding was a beautiful mix of highland suits, colour, texture, love and the cutest little wedding car I ever did see. I so miss these big weddings where everybody can come together and celebrate.
Thanks to these lovely suppliers for making this day a success:
