This is possibly one of my favourite spots on Dartmoor, so I was super pleased when Caz and Matt were up for my suggestion of hiking up hills on Dartmoor for their pre wedding shoot.
We picked a good un for Caz and Matt’s pre wedding shoot. It was a steamy hot may day and Brentor Church is perched high on a hill overlooking the rolling Devon hills You cant beat this for a location. This is one truly magical spot, and that sunset – phew! We also had the bonus of the moon rising behind the church, it couldn’t have been more perfect.
If you haven’t visited Brentor Church on Dartmoor- do it now! it has spectacular views of the moors and is the most ornate and atmospheric church that I have visited – and being a wedding photographer I have been in a few churches. It’s also a fairly easy climb to the top. We all skipped up there and had an amazing time chatting about there up coming wedding and enjoying the view, it really didn’t feel like work at all! Caz and Matt are super relaxed and had the giggles ALOT which made it so much fun – cant wait for their wedding in a few weeks time.
