Pop up vintage styled wedding/ Larkbeare house / Exeter,Devon

I was delighted to be booked for Becky and Andy’s wedding at Larkbeare house last autumn and intrigued by the pop up vintage theme. This was one lovely little wedding to photograph, we even had a rainbow at the end of the day! It was very unique and cool in it’s style as were Becky and Andy, Blues and golds and hawaiian shirts made this day pop and flowers were the backdrop.

What is a pop up wedding? Well now I know ….. It literally popped up from nowhere. Becky and Andy had about half an hour to dress the venue with lots of help from all the guests. They pulled it off with very little fuss, it must have been all

the pre planning. What a fantastic idea. It can work and it did work, effortlessly!

It was great to photograph the transformation happening and in such a short space of time, all the beautiful little vintage themed finds pulled it all together . Everyone mucked in and got busy decorating with flowers and cakes and w

edding brollies. The brollies were a stroke of genius as they looked super cool and were totally needed as a rain shower of biblical proportions decided to dump its load on Larkbeare house that day,  we did get a rainbow though!. They pulled it off with very little fuss, it must have been all the pre planning. What a wonderful idea.
